Melissa brings over 28 years of real estate industry experience and currently serves as the Director of Operations for the team. She began her journey with Keller Williams in 2006 as a Call Coordinator, later advancing to MCA Assistant and eventually Market Center Administrator (MCA) in 2016. In 2021, she launched her own Listing and Transaction Management company, supporting agents with their listings and transactions before transitioning to her current role in 2023. With decades of experience and a passion for helping agents succeed, Melissa works closely with the team and their clients to ensure smooth transactions and help make their real estate dreams come true.
